What are some Panopto Problems you may be facing?

So, you probably can see after reviewing the videos and articles, that Panopto has many advantages and applications.  However, you probably have some reservations about using it?  What are they?  Have you tried in the past?  If so, what happened.  What would make you a Panopto aficionado?
